Wills

A will sets out what is to be done with a person’s assets when they die and who is to benefit. Making a will is not difficult or expensive.

• It can be as simple or as complex as individual circumstances require.
• It should take account of particular family circumstances.
• It should take into account the nature and extent of the assets, liabilities and inheritance tax implications for beneficiaries.
• A will does not take effect until the testator passes away. It can be changed at any time and indeed should be regularly reviewed.

At Paul Kelly Solicitors wills can be retained safely and securely in our Wills Safe.
